Sorry, that one came from my suggestion. `DataFusionError::strip_backtrace()` returns the message without the backtrace, and other function tests compare errors that way, for example in [`date_bin.rs`](https://github.com/apache/datafusion/blob/b6b2e0e5d5f119f46b7fb6288827aee7041ab00d/datafusion/functions/src/datetime/date_bin.rs#L1259-L1262).
