@DeepSOIC unfortunately the windows build is still mired in the steampunk era 
of GTK2.  Touch just pretends to be a mouse, thats why it worked on the 
scrollbars.

As @b4n said at least GTK3 understands the existence of touch, but how much 
would work automatically I don't know.
