Yes, I know Geany generates `-c` thats why I mentioned it, but is that all?  I 
don't have the time to search out what options Geany adds to the shell when it 
builds commands.  If thats the only option Geany uses, then thats likely to be 
fine, but if it uses something more obscure that only a few shells support then 
that becomes a trap for users.  On the other hand I guess you could only modify 
those places that are safe to use the new setting.
