I've got one more installer for you: https://download.geany.org/snapshots/geany-1.37_setup_debug_log.exe It's the same as before but it will write a logfile to `C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\geany\logfile.txt`. With a bit of luck there is something useful in it (or it doesn't get created at all, then we know the crash happens very very early).
Additionally, you could try to temporarily rename your config folder to force Geany to start with a default config.
