Then I assume that: 1. Either you didn't set "Index all project files" to "Yes" under Project->Properties->ProjectOrganizer tab, 2. or the include files you want to open are outside the project directory in which case you have to add the directory containing them using the toolbar icon with the "folder and plus" in the ProjectOrganizer sidebar, 3. or both of the above.
