Examining versus ranting are two entirely separate & distinct mental processes. 
Thank you very much for at least pointing out, well scrutinizing, that Geany 
1.38 CAN HOPEFULLY be used with a Debian distro. A bit of validation/optimism 
makes a task easier, more likely worth implementing and adapting to. Muchos 
Gracias Elextr!, from a 32-bit but worthwhile OS implementer for many, many 
very high precision, numeric, multi-tasking, and intensive projects. Historical 
note: 8-bit OS's stopped being used in the early 1980's; 16-bit apps can still, 
proof of concept anyway, be run on Windows 10 64-bit OS PC's, ref. Microsoft's
