@b4n `Geany` Oh okay I just wanted to make sure. A couple times in the past I had come across projects/suites that were said to be GTK3 and then developers revealed to me that certain parts were still GTK2.
------------------------------------------------------ `Geany Plugins` No I don't expect you guys to have to maintain every single plugin.... just the ones that I like :) Based on your last statement in reply above, `"We don't have plan to allow running plugins using a different GUI toolkit (version) than Geany is."` So that means that as you said, Geany is GTK3, so then that must mean that all the plugins that are currently working are GTK3 as well. Then I might have actually been reading the plugin sites incorrectly? Kind of confusing because all the `Requirements` shown on plugin pages show `GTK >= 2.8.0` So that must mean that the last version available of GTK2 was 2.8.0 and that the "greater than" really means GTK3. Now in the other post made by other user about Geany GTK4, if that was to happen then the GTK3 plugins would no longer work. I will make a comment in that post.
