advice2020 created an issue (geany/geany#4592) In the past I created the following post #4432, suggesting a name change for this section (which to me the naming can be a little confusing).
`Message Window` But for now if this section is going to keep this name I would make it as consistent as possible. Most labels refer to this dock as the `Message Window` -Menu Bar - View - `Show Message Window` -Preferences - Keybindings = `Switch to Message Window` --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUGGESTION 1 Suggesting to update the following "Preferences - Keybindings" keybinding called `Toggle Messages Window` to (removing the s) `Toggle Message Window` SUGGESTION 2 This `Messages Window` with the "s" at end of "Message" also appears here and there within Geany manual. I would suggest updating this to the exact `Message Window` terminology within the manual as well. Unfortunately some of the text in the manual that uses `Messages Window` labeling looks like they are commands, so it might not be possible to actually change that text in the commands which in turn would prevent this from being able to be updated in the manual itself.
