Given that Arrow is a bit in between (or has users from both) the database and dataframe worlds, I am wondering if we can provide both expected results through some keyword? The keyword could determine whether we return a single join column (and in that case I think we could also "combine" / coalesce them automatically) or preserve both columns as is in the output. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
