As suggested, allows user to set instance metadata endpoint. Extract from
the documented environment variable.

Yes, new methods on the AWS builder. I have added docs here but was unable
to build them locally due to unrelated issues (```error: unresolved link to
`azure::MicrosoftAzureBuilder` ```)
