thanks for the updates @yevgenypats ! I had one more comment plus I replied to your question about where would be good to document the base64 encoding/padding portion. It would probably also make sense to add a similar message to the documentation comment on `NewWriter` that binary data would get converted to base64 encoded etc. with padding.
