Review Comment:
   what if the underlying storage for the extension type isn't a string/binary 
data? This would break.
   
   Personally I'm not a fan of delegating the CSV decoding to the JSON decoder. 
It might make more sense to add a `FromText` or otherwise method to the 
`ExtensionBuilder` or some other additional interface method for use with CSV 
parsing.
