By the way, I'm curious that why you should fixing this. When read from
stale Parquet file, the parquet schema is parsed from
the old parquet file, so, it has stale `ConvertedType`. But why parquet
writer has that type? I'm considering that can we just bypass that problem? Or
how do you use this?
