Here are two specific things that could use some help if someone has time:
1. Review all warnings and fix them (lots are related to broken references
(`\ref{}`)

2. If anyone is good with Latex it would be good to figure out how to do
some whitespace engineering and collapse the amount of space taken for authors
(right now it takes like 1/2 the page!!)
