@kou done those review changes, with the exception of the one I left open. I built it using `archery docker run ubuntu-cpp-emscripten` and it builds and tests okay on my machine now. I had to turn down some concurrency options in both build and test, or else it did weird things in docker, but I think it is worth firing off a crossbow build now to check whether it tests okay (@jorisvandenbossche) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
