I agree with @mapleFU that this PR is very large. I'd recommend at least breaking up the components added to Arrow from the parquet changes (and possibly splitting out the metrics class as these seem like core orthogonal concepts that should likely get a closer revierw). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
