We believe we've now fixed this for arrow 14.0.0.2 in Package Manager. Older
arrow versions with the issue haven't been rebuilt yet, but we'll get those
fixed soon as well.
@sj-io If you're able to reinstall that arrow binary from Package Manager,
could you provide the output of running `packageDescription("arrow")` in R?
