Hm, not sure but first I need to ask if PyArrow is built? To have `_dataset.pyx` built you need to follow these instructions: https://arrow.apache.org/docs/developers/python.html#building-on-linux-and-macos and then you can run doctest. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
