Personally prefer supporting maps with keys of any Arrow dtype, but not sure how compatible with other implementations that will be. I do see the [integration tests](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/40d4c54401c3c4f6f6c0e6116e32dc20050e67b7/dev/archery/archery/integration/datagen.py#L1672-L1691) seem to only test maps with string keys. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
