Review comment:
       Ok, I just noticed that 
`internal::TaskGroup::MakeThreaded(thread_pool_)` isn't good. It will transfer 
CPU-intensive tasks on the same thread pool that's used for IO. Also, it gets a 
fixed size of 8 threads, even on my 24-thread CPU.
