I was upstreaming fixes to remove `.diff`. If we use `.diff`, `patch` is needed in build environment. Some CI jobs failed by it. So I was removing `.diff` instead of installing `patch`. We can remove all `.diff` now. So I can restart this now. There are some crashes in some jobs.
