   We are planning to use this in an interoperating system (C# and Rust). For 
now I am trying to work around this by using Timestamp.
   
   But as per the spec here: 
https://arrow.apache.org/docs/python/api/datatypes.html it seems like a bug. 
Because Date32 already covers for Days, otherwise do we even need Date64 ?
