Review Comment:
The only potential added latency is that Reader.Dispose() may delay on
certain requests to complete.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but users should not be making different queries
from the same statement?
So if used properly, this should only add potential latency to
Statement.Dispose, which should not be an issue?
