Hi @westonpace , do you have any comments on adding custom executor into scan options, and the potential conflict with the existing executor customizing interfaces (`ScanBatchesAsync(::arrow::internal::Executor* cpu_thread_pool)` and `ScanBatchesUnorderedAsync(::arrow::internal::Executor* cpu_thread_pool)`)?
