Thanks @alinaliBQ! Fixed both issues qualified checked_cast with using arrow::internal::checked_cast; to match the convention used elsewhere in flight/sql, and switched the DropSchema/DropTable tests back to TYPED_TEST(ConnectionInfoTest, ...).
