The logs show that this seems to be using the correct flags for both Arrow
C++ and PyArrow now:
```
-DARROW_SIMD_LEVEL=NEON
```
and the old failing log does not appear anymore:
```

-- Performing Test CXX_SUPPORTS_SVE - Success
