keeping offsetbufferbuilder for these use cases provides more clarity, especially as theyre not within a tight hot loop that we can replace easily (lots of where its used here is for appending a single element in the function call), so i suppose we can omit refactoring here -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
