Addressed all three points in the latest push. * Renamed `total_null_count` to `parquet_null_count`. * Expanded the regression test to cover both Data Page V1 and V2, and verify null counts for both the string and `i32` leaves. * Added the dictionary-encoded string-leaf case and read-back validation. Verification: * Focused `FixedWidthLeafUnderListStructNullCount`: **PASS** * `parquet-writer-test`: **265 passed, 1 skipped** * `parquet-arrow-reader-writer-test`: the focused regression passes; the full suite has 11 unrelated existing/environment-dependent failures in reader/fuzz/decimal tests.
