I didn't realize there is an ASF AWS account we could use. Is that for runson only or are there options to use other features, e.g. cloudformation, EC2? If we could move Arrow AWS account to be an ASF subaccount it'd be great for my credit card :D. If you're looking at runson in order of magnitude of <100 USD/month I'd say we enable runson now.
