Who would that likely be? that's the extra coordination and ownership I'd like to avoid by moving to ASF's AWS > Do you have an idea what costs or minutes would this change bring? If it's not high we might as well go ahead as the main expense is going to be conbench runners. It's not like we're in a hurry to move arrow-rs to runs-on? It'd depend on what will we start using runs-on with.
