Another thing: I can't run `pyright` on specific files inside an excluded dir. I guess I would need to be running the checks with `pyright` only locally (with the pyarrow exclude temporarily removed) until the `pyarrow/` exclude in pyproject.toml is removed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
