I'm backing out the previous change, which made `Table$create()` sometimes not return a Table, because that doesn't seem right (and causes the reported bug), but I'm still going to preserve the intent, which is that arrow_dplyr_query objects made from such a Table can pick up the metadata from the `grouped_df`.
