@9prady9 Thanks for this! I didn't even know cmake supported this. Could you
add `CMakeUserPresets.json` to the `.gitignore` for the `cpp` folder?
@nealrichardson Yeah I can suggest some. Looks like you can even condition
on OS (through `{hostSystemName}` which is helpful. Right now the minimal build
config for Windows and Linux is different (because of jemalloc).
