~yes,~ besides being a dependency to `validatesCrossLanguageRunner`,
`validatesCrossLanguageRunnerGoUsingJava` task can be triggered alone, where
we are doing this for Dataflow XVR postcommits. Then clean up tassks should
also be configured to run after it.
