Some options: 1. a Github action that generates this and commits the changes by itself (not sure how feasible this is) 2. changing the current test to trigger only when `/release/trigger_all_tests.json` is modified. This is the file release managers use to validate release branches. This test can run as part of the same suite and at failure it will provide a helpful error telling the release manager to run `./gradlew generateManagedIOPage` to put the website back in sync -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
