Update: we reached consensus on the below implementation. 1. Add a new action to deploy_release_candidate workflow to create PR for managed-io doc updation 2. Update release-guide to add info about this PR in the ‘propose pull requests for website update’ section. Also add this PR to the voting template. 3.
