Please re-run the failing CI checks. The test failure (`test_numeric_strings_preserved` in `textio_test.py`) is a known flaky test related to `OffsetRestrictionTracker` in the dataframe IO module (see [#23948](https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/23948)).
