`UncachedStateIterable.DecodingIterator` assumed that each decoded value was fully contained within an individual `ByteString` chunk. If an element spanned multiple chunks (or if a chunk was smaller than a single element), decoding threw an EOFException/IllegalStateException. This commit replaces `DecodingIterator` with `DataStreams.DataStreamDecoder`, which properly stitches `ByteString` chunks across chunk boundaries via Inbound stream. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
