Thanks a lot for your contribution! : ) are you interested in creating a GcsUploader / GcsDownloader outside of the normal flow? (i.e. outside of this section of the code? https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/9af555d9ccdb0d7a378dbea456cdeefe2e781d6d/sdks/python/apache_beam/io/gcp/gcsio.py#L222-L239) I worry about having several places to update to create the client.
