@aaltay @ibzib I updated the PR and it's much shorter now. I did not add
test because the `_download_files` method was mocked in all tests - let me know
if you would like me to add new tests. In addition, I called
`Filesystems.copy()` directly as the function performs a check via
`FileSystems.get_filesystem()` and throws an exception if the filesystem is not
supported by `apache_beam.io.filesystems`.
