I suggest 1. Confirm you can reproduce the slow down locally (run the tests in the affected CI locally) 2. Then profiling would be a good start -- we shouldn't do any optimization until there is a clear story of what is slower For example, maybe compilation got slower vs the tests got slower -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
