## Which issue does this PR close? Part of https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/11480 ## Rationale for this change While working on https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/11480 I noticed that other modules that implemented parquet filtering were named `.._filter.rs`: * `./datafusion/core/src/datasource/physical_plan/parquet/page_filter.rs` * `./datafusion/core/src/datasource/physical_plan/parquet/row_filter.rs` So let's make row group filtering consistent ## What changes are included in this PR? * rename `row_groups.rs` to `row_group_filter.rs` <!-- There is no need to duplicate the description in the issue here but it is sometimes worth providing a summary of the individual changes in this PR. --> ## Are these changes tested?
