I am somewhat concerned about per-batch timing overhead. We've had to relax them in some places in Comet due to the overhead of these timers, especially since the standard library doesn't give you easy access to coarse timers like `CLOCK_MONOTONIC_COARSE`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
