URL: https://github.com/apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs/pull/2295

   This is a follow-up to
https://github.com/apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs/pull/2234.

   Currently the following valid SQL fails to parse (SQL server):
   ```sql
   EXEC ('SELECT * FROM ' + @TableName + ' WHERE 1=1')
   ```

   Semantically it is the same as `EXEC (@sql)` (or `EXECUTE IMMEDIATE '...'`
in BigQuery or Snowflake). In that sense, with this PR both `EXEC (@sql)` and
`EXEC ('SELECT * FROM ' + @TableName + ' WHERE 1=1')` are parsed into
`Statement::Execute` with `name: None` and the first and only "parameter" being
the string expression, just like it is already the case for the analogous
BigQuery or Snowflake statements.
