# Rationale for this change
There are a couple of minor change to the release documentation. We need to
publish the workspace, not just a crate. Also we need to update the version
number in two places to publish to crates.io.
# What changes are included in this PR?
Updates described above and set the version example to a more recent number.
Also did a drive by update on the workflow since releases start a 1 not 0.
# Are there any user-facing changes?
None, documentation only.
