   ### Projects I'm actively working on

   The eventual goal is to improve memory efficiency for high-cardinality
aggregation through blocked state management. This refactor is the first step.
I believe several aggregate fast paths will become easier to add after this
refactor.

   ### Projects looking for review/help

   Here are several projects that I believe can bring good value. I have some
ideas on how to carry them out, but they are currently stalled due to limited
review capacity. If you're interested as well, let's collaborate!

   * https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/21983
   * https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/22356
   * https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/19487

   Here is a Datafusion testing framework that is looking for help with
maintenance. I think the major pieces are already there, and it is now easy to
extend it with extra test coverage — and find more bugs to help DataFusion
become more stable! I don't have the capacity to drive major development
myself, but I'm willing to review and help others get started maintaining it.

   ### Projects I'm tracking

   These are strategically important, and I plan to focus on them next. I
encourage others to also pay attention to them.
