### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? ByteView concatenation (`||` operator) currently uses two custom kernel implementations named `concat_elements_binary_view_array` and `concat_elements_utf8view` implemented in `kernel.rs`. https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/10161 provides more efficient implementations of these.
