Thanks for the review, all comments are addressed. > As an aside / editorial comment: I am really liking this refactor -- I can already see ahead to when we can do stuff like "we don't implement segmented storage for ordered aggregate table, as it is less likely to accumulate massive groups" -- and we can scope new features more carefully / easily.
