The [Spark 4.2 / JDK 17 shuffle job](https://github.com/apache/datafusion-comet/actions/runs/33095231283/job/98607452205) failed before the Java modules compiled or tests ran. Maven Central returned HTTP 429 while resolving `org.junit:junit-bom:5.10.1` through the RAT plugin dependencies; this is not a shuffle-test failure. I requested a retry of just that job. GitHub rejected it because the containing workflow is still running.
