The removal was `cargo test datafusion-cli (amd64)` failing on a MinIO image pull: `quay.io` returned a 401 unauthorized on `quay.io/minio/minio:RELEASE.2025-02-28T09-55-16Z`. Same job failed the same way on #25664's merge-queue run ~14 minutes earlier, so it looks like a transient registry issue rather than anything in this PR. Nothing else failed.
